80 mg tablets: 7.3 x 15.0mm, white to off-white, oval, biconvex, uncoated tablets debossed with 'KO3' on one side and plain on other side. Treatment of essential hypertension in adults. - type 2 diabetes mellitus with documented target organ damage. The usually effective dose is 40 mg once daily.
